Firearm Rights Restoration

A felony conviction will strip someone of his right to bear arms.  Said another way, he or she will be unable to lawfully carry, purchase, or transport a firearm. However, there is hope for people who have had their civil rights restored. Attorney Wegman has helped many individuals get their firearm rights. Attorney Wegman will petition the court and argue to a judge on your behalf to get your Second Amendment rights restored.

Virginia Code § 18.2-308.2 makes carrying or possessing a firearm as a convicted felon a criminal act that can sometimes lead to mandatory jail or prison.  Don't get caught in that trap. Get your civil rights restored and then contact Attorney Wegman to get your firearm rights restored.
Semiautomatic Rifle

Virginia Code § 18.2-308.1:8 makes it illegal for anyone to purchase, transport, or carry a firearm for three years if he or she has been convicted of a domestic assault and battery whether or not a firearm was used in the commission of that assault and battery. A person so convicted should contact Attorney Wegman for restoration of firearm right after the three years have expired.
