1. Sherryl Diane Eckleberry
Diane is a graduate of Great Bridge High School class of 1968 and a graduate of James Madison University class of 1972. Diane received her Paralegal Certificate from Tidewater Community College in 1988. She retired as a Deputy Clerk, Circuit Court of Chesapeake where she worked from 1972 to 2007 and earned the highest respect from attorneys, judges, and peers.
Diane handles any and all family law matters, including divorces custody, and child support. She brings a wealth of experience in this area to the Firm.
Diane was born and raised in and has been a life-long resident of Chesapeake, VA
2. Debbie Chebetar
Debbie was born in Norfolk. She graduated from Norview high School in 1971 and moved to Virginia Beach where she attended TCC. Debbie is married to her husband of 37 years, Gerry Chebetar and they have one son. She currently lives in Chesapeake.
In 1974, Debbie was employed as a Deputy Clerk for the Chesapeake General District Court where she worked in both the civil and criminal departments.
In 1982 Debbie transferred to the Civil Division of the Chesapeake Circuit Court Clerk's Office where she was a supervisor. Debbie retired in 2007.
She brings of wealth of experience to the Firm. She handles warrants-in-debt, name change petitions, as well as license restorations petitions and other jobs. Frankly, Debbie can do it all and often does.
